Brand new! This was a special closeout that we got from Schwinn when they went bankrupt. They don't have a manufactures name printed on them but was advertised by Schwinn as a Schwinn bag. We received a special buy on these and I'm passing the savings on to you. Measures 6 1/2" X 4" X 3 1/2". Lots of room for all your storage needs. Has the hard plastic insert to help keep it's form.
